Timmins Inn & Suites, features 105 clean and comfortable rooms including 10 different suites and assigned pet-friendly rooms.

In each room guests can expect the following:
-Coffee maker (including an assortment of complimentary coffee, tea and condiments)
-Hairdryer
-Mini Refrigerator
-Television/remote with local cable services
-Free access to wireless high speed internet

If not already in the room, the following items are available by request and subject to availability:
-Iron and ironing board
-VCRs.
-Microwave

Rooms and Suites are 100% smoke free and subject to a $250.00 clean-up fee if guests smoke in their rooms.

The Timmins Inn & Suites is presently changing over to as many environmentally friendly products as possible in all guest rooms .

We are also asking all guests to help us become a “green hotel” by participating in several of our energy saving programs (shutting off lights and TVs when they leave their rooms and not asking for daily towel and bedding changes during long term stays).
